Romans 6:1-23
We are slaves either to Jesus or to our culture. Jesus became a slave; the cross shows the way to being a slave to God. We shall not be slaves to sin, but give everything to God in mind, body & spirit, in all that we do. We shall surrender all to God. We are continually learning to follow and obey our Master, God, and in following the ways of the cross, we are called not to look out only for ourselves, but to look out for those in need and serve them.
