Psalm 19, Job 42:1-6, Hebrews 1;1-3 with John 14:6, and Matthew 20:1-16

The 1st leg: Creation/Relevation out of Psalm 19. God not only speaks life into his creation, his word is alive in it revealing his nature. God ultimately revealed himself through Jesus Christ, “God’s word alive in a womb”.
The 2nd leg: Mysterious Suffering as exemplified in Job 42: 1-6. God does not answer all our questions. We must live with this mystery and accept that human suffering will remain unresolved; just as Job’s questions regarding suffering remained unanswered by God.
The 3rd leg: Grace Absurdity from Matthew 20:1-16. God’s math does not add up; he does not give us what we deserve. Grace is not calculated. It is a gift from God.
The 4th leg: Solus Christus in Hebrews 1:1-3 & John 14:6. “In Christ alone, there is no other stream” (C.S. Lewis, The Silver Chair). Our thirst cannot be quenched by any other than Christ.
